have a picture of my breakfast from this morning.
I've decided I'm going to try and eat healthier now.
I'm sick of feeling overly full and like I don't have energy.
It's really no fun.

(It's cinnamon roll oatmeal with whole oats
with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and banana.)

Oatmeal is my favorite breakfast. People wonder about protein but i just use egg whites, natural peanut butter or nuts, none fat or low fat Greek yogurt (rarely full fat) and sometimes some soy milk mixed in.
